Getting Started …Parent Information
Here is some important information to help families become more knowledgeable about the policies and procedures at Anchor Academy.
ASIS ACCOUNT
As a family enrolled with Anchor Academy, you will need an ASIS account. ASIS is where you will be able to view your child’s student learning plan, progress reports, and funding account. As well, you will be able to view Anchor Academy’s library resources and access OverDrive. Please click here: Setting Up my ASIS Account to get your account started. Remember to record your login and password for future reference.

Funding and Resources …
Funding – Anchor Credit Allocation (ACA)
The following document outlines funding distribution and policies.
If you would like to borrow items from Anchor Academy’s Resource Library which can be accessed through your ASIS account. Please email a list of the resources to Mrs. Holder for borrowing.
*** OverDrive
Online resources are available through Anchor Academy’s OverDrive account. Email jessica.holder@ark.net for a Library Card ID#.
*** Third Party Services
For third party services such as music lessons and physical activity lessons, a third party service request form needs to be completed through your ASIS account. Once the third party service request is approved, a cheque will be sent from Anchor Academy to the service provider within 30 days. For service providers that require payment at the time of registration, please contact Mrs. Holder for further information. Please note: All service providers must have a criminal record check (CRC) completed.
*** Technology Requests
LRA (Library Resource Allocation) can be used toward technology and other equipment that is required to meet the student’s learning needs. Computer and iPad requests are completed through your ASIS account. Other equipment requests (over $50) can be submitted using the following form:
